Monte Amiata cuisine - Amiata chestnut beer

8 are the villages in Monte Amiata that organize Chestnuts' and Autumn's Fests. That's a sign of how deep the chestnut's culture is in our territory. Recently a new kind of beer made of Amiata chestnuts’ flour has been realized. The first bottle has been produced in occasion of “Castanea”, a special event that’s part of “Amiata in Mostra” a typical product’s festival. This new beer is not very alcoholic and is to drink not too much cold with fowl or cakes.
